Provide Right direction to employees. Understand the technology that they expect the employees to work with. Be polite and humble and treat them as partners and not cattle. support and back them when they make mistakes. Treat and reward all employees and dont have favourates.
How can a company set up a policy that they cannot obey like i have been waiting for my bonus money since i joined this companyits now 11 months im still being told we are working on it its so frustrating coz i work so hard
Work overtime and not getting compensated, Directors get Bonuses while the mid Mngt and employees do all the work. Chances of growth are slim unless the company feels nobody from outside is going to apply. Healthcare benefits are bad takes almost 32 hrs of your pay.
Too much work and little pay. I will feel better if they give a bonus at the end of the year.

Get rid of GateGourmet to fix issue
To much dramma with the employees. Streaming of new hires poor. Betting hiring practices need to be inforced and training implemented
