What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need better Communication and learn not to work your employees to death.
Clean house at the Executive Level. You dont pay bonuses year after year when the company is losing millions and getting smaller. Britton fired all long term employees and hired the worst of the worst. No quality, no management development, no coomunication. Everything is done in a vacuum.

403b, insurance, holidays and pto
