The leadership team does well in providing real-time feedback.
They are big on transparency - if you want to know something, they'll show you.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is very competitive and fair. The benefits are great (401k and healthcare), and the hybrid work environment is super flexible.
Benefits/perks are big - especially a solid 401k match.
