What do you like best about the leadership team?
Dependability and work ethic is great amounst our leadership team.
Motivation, positive, kind to employees. They actually care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything from direction to how to properly train and corrent.
Leadership is usually whoever managed to not quit. Rarely are they individuals who should be in charge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses they give us. They also pay a dollar extra for every hour you work for every day your on time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of care from employer.
The place is very unprofessional no one cares and everyone does whatever they want
Stressful work with no benefits and minimal pay. They offer bonus incentives but create unreasonable goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team leader and shift supervisors.
My team is well put together with some of the hardest workers I have had the pleasure of working with.
I get along with everyon on my team. Hard not to like
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication skills and work work ethic.
Having more time for us to talk to the customer and more inbetween time

Young and older workers worked effectively together.
The people around me throughout my shift.

Everything inside the office, the atmosphere is negative.

That people were so friendly.

Make it more simple, less like interrogation.

That everyone works well together.
Seeing my coworkers and having a reason to go somewheres

The staff is inappropriate which is laughed off by management.
The people running the company should be replaced
