The effectiveness of it. The way they communicate with their employees/
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working with employees with disabilities.
Working together more efficiently with their employees. Paying their employees like they should.
They will nitpick you to no end. Stop complaining so much
Keeping the workers informed on what's going on, and be more professional. Be more aware of what your team is doing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like im worth more then 8$ a hour
You can to get insurance out of pocket and it's not that great
For the amount of work we do being understaffed and effort we put into our work we deserve a higher pay. Expectially when u have experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as hard as we can for what little the company gives us
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to work more together to get things done. Most of us do the best we can considering the company doesn't supply enough cleaning equipment for everyone.
I like most of them however I can't understand them I'm the only English speaking person in my group
Some coworkers don't put in as much effort as others but always want to complain about what they do,Stay off the phones and show more effort
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people i provide service for
The children at the schools make us smile
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More English speaking people and less Spanish speaking people(maybe offer them a class)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad management issues especially in the TN area.
The way the accountant changes our hours and our pay. The company should supply more cleaning supplies for all the workers instead of us having to buy them.
Give us more pay or appreciation for how much extra work we do or hire more peaople so we're not overworking ourselves every night.
