Mr. Naren B. Srinivasan has been Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at GCP Applied Technologies Inc. since 2016 and has been its Executive Officer since March 2017. Mr. Srinivasan leads GCP's global strategy and corporate development activities as well as communications and custom applications functions in Cambridge, MA. He served as the Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Corporate Development at Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (also known as The Hertz Corporation) since July 2011 until June 2015. He also held senior strategy and corporate development roles at Meadwestvaco Corporation. His previous private equity experience includes UBS Investment Bank; Five Arrows Capital; Evercore Partners; and Dillon, Read & Co. Mr. Srinivasan received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and School of Arts & Sciences. He earned his MBA from the Columbia Business School in New York.
