What do you like best about the leadership team?
Just we the way we work together
My direct supervisor listens and works hard to inform management and higher-ups of the issues. Our department director listens slightly but is heavily pressured by upper management to do what they think is necessary often missing glaring issues because they do not understand the day to day

self centered not friendly overworked
Leading. Having inter/cross dept + leadership meetings. Letting people do their jobs (stop getting involved in every detail of everything). Communicating with employees. Engaging. Being respectful of their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having good health benefits and vacation time
6% match on 401K vested in 3 years and due to the high rate of understaffing there is plenty of overtime opportunity if you can mentally be able to stare at a computer for 12 hours a day 5 days a week.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication about the job speak clear English
Communication and willingness to assist others. The level of work in the job creates an environment where the employees shy away from assisting customers because they already have too much work on their plate and helping a customer that is not their responsibility leads a rep to be overworked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every employee at the bottom of the corporate ladder knows that we are understaffed so mistakes are understood. It's not a good thing but a positive only because it's kind of like everyone keeps bailing out the hull and plugging leaks while the captain and first mate think everything is just peachy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership with the goal of everyone working together
oust the ceo and many of the senior managers
New leadership open to new ideas. Promote work-life balance. Allow flex hours and work from home like the rest of the modern world.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Simple and easy it was ar intro call and an in person interview than an offer. Additionally the supervisors in the interview were honest about what I should really accept as an offer which was important.
Meeting my coworkers, learning about the position and the company's initiatives.

The people I work with and the challenging work
The team and the work I'm doing.
Co-workers. The cafeteria. My boss. The Gym. The new intranet.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to your employees to understand issues. Not everything is solved with metrics. GCP could dominate the market in a few months if issues were understood instead of thinking upper management knows best. UMs changes will show progress but you could 10X this company by listening to the employees.
