What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are caring and always willing to help always have ideas and support
I am supported and invested in.... making me feel a part and want to give my best
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Commuicating with the employees. It's honestly a shame how they treat the employees sometimes however I don't think its necessarily on them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall my healthcare is great.
