My experience started out great. As time has gone on, my experience has become jaded as I realize that this organization is not a mature company and is not scaling in the way that I imagined.

GRIT is not a value. GRIT is an excuse to make people over-work.

The coworkers at Gecko are the best part and probably the only reason why people stay around.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Open communication with the talent employees and also faster response, or any response when needing to know status
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you are a new employee of 2020 and 2021, you will get paid fairly - especially if you ask for a lot. If you are an employee that has been around for 2-3 years, good luck on ever getting up to the salary standard for your skills and experience.
