Being transparent with goals, focuses, plans.
The leadership is not transparent about why we're concentrating on certain goals. We go through too many "phases" of management of projects. It's not clear what leadership does at the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you are a new employee of 2020 and 2021, you will get paid fairly - especially if you ask for a lot. If you are an employee that has been around for 2-3 years, good luck on ever getting up to the salary standard for your skills and experience.

A very driven, passionate, and motivated team with a strong sense of ownership, consistently going above and beyond to deliver. The team values direct, honest communication and is committed to improving and learning from each other.

GRIT is not a value. GRIT is an excuse to make people over-work.

Passionate and honest individuals who care about the vision.

Open communication with the talent employees and also faster response, or any response when needing to know status
Transparency and being quicker with communication.
