No egos, so they listen and are very collaborative.

Having the freedom to come up with new ideas, quick approval, test them out, iterate, and achieve great things, all at a fast pace.

Everyone is passionate, proactive, hungry, and goofy. They have become both my best friends and the people I aspire to be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at Gem?
Constant communication, looking to our values, and trying to improve ourselves. We love to learn from each other and have fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Gem?
Fair and competitive compensation, and once you join they take care of you...I've never had a workplace that genuinely cares.
