Prior to joining General Atlantic, he served as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He served as a Director of FNZ (UK) Ltd. Mr. Rosenstein holds a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the New York University School of Law in 1993 and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina in 1990.
