Mr. Gary M. Reiner has been an Operating Partner of General Atlantic LLC since November 2011. Mr. Reiner served as a Special Advisor at General Atlantic LLC from September 2010 to November 2011. Mr. Reiner joined General Atlantic in September 2010. Mr. Reiner served as the Resources Group Chairman at the General Atlantic. He served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of General Electric Company from 1996 to 2010, where he led M&A, Sourcing, IT, Operations and Quality and served as its Executive Officer since January 1991. He served as the Head of GE Information Services. He joined GE in 1991 as a Vice President-Corporate Business Development, where he was responsible for evaluating new business ideas and acquisitions, strategic planning, company-wide sourcing and driving best practices throughout the business. He joined the Boston Consulting Group, Inc. in 1980 and as its Partner since 1986 where he drove strategies and operations improvements for high-technology businesses. He has been a Director at Turbonomic, Inc. since January 23, 2017. He has been a Director of Citigroup Inc. since July 2013 and CitiusTech Inc. since April 14, 2014. He has been an Independent Director of Box (Box, Inc.) since August 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company since November 1, 2015. Mr, Reiner serves as a Director of Appirio Inc., Citibank, N.A., SnapAV and Mu Sigma Inc. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Seismic Software, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Lead Edge Capital Management, LLC. He served as a Director of AppDynamics, Inc. since November, 2016. Mr. Reiner served as a Director of HP Inc. since January 21, 2011. He served as a Director of Amedes Group. Mr. Reiner served as a Director of General Electric Capital Corporation and Genpact Limited from January 2007 to October 25, 2012 and NBC Internet, Inc. since November 1999. Mr. Reiner earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1980 and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard in 1976.
