It was good for a short period of time until everybody started quitting and it was just not the same anymore.

There is support when needed. Everybody is very positive.

Very poor leadership practices. Not enough appreciation of the employees' talents.

There is poor leadership within the team, especially because the workload is not distributed fairly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of support during projects. No hiring the right amount of people for the workload.
