What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well you don't know what you're doing and you ask somebody they don't hesitate to take their time and help you
Very poor leadership practices. Not enough appreciation of the employees' talents.
Leadership helps us with several troubles, especially with customer communication.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They take really good care of us and safety is key at our plant
Quality team is really good. They need more training but they possess a really good pro and reactivity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is poor leadership within the team, especially because the workload is not distributed fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is support when needed. Everybody is very positive.
Is really good be in an environment with people who appreciate your job. My coworkers are the best.
