What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Motivating employees and rewarding employees who go above and beyond their peers
Paying attention to people who don’t do their work on time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance plan is fantastic and I appreciated the maternity leave provision, even if it did take several meetings to discover I had it and how to use it.
Salary is very good I believe.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My yearly evaluations are never done yearly. I am being overlooked for younger, cheaper, employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Trust was a big issue even with the best of my co workers.
We work together fine. It’s the upper management that are lazy and clueless.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people all around the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Appreciation toward those of us who perform at a higher standard

Everyone who interviewed me was polite and professional

I truly enjoyed the work itself, it was challenging, interesting and I enjoyed always having a problem to solve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better pay and more news from upper management.
The work can be very boring at times.
Poor decision making. Irresponsible waste in every department. Some worse than others.
