What do you like best about the leadership team?
Plenty opportunities of advancement and great ness
When i was assisting running the team, i always remained positive no matter what was told to me by the DM. we always strived for greatness and achieved great goals that no store has done. it would not have been possible without the MIT of course and our previous manager
I love that I can show my coworkers that we can be great no matter what

fire kendall nedd please he can't keep pushing out everyone that realizes he's unethical
Everything. The company needs to be restructured.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm going back to corporate America because the pay I get in a week here, I make in one day sitting down.
I never believed i should leave work with swollen feet and body aches after my shift, ever since i was a part time sales associate. i received average pay that other people would not receive from other shoe companies.
Raise it. Starting pay at fast food places are paying more handsomely than here.
Compensation was not raised even once in the three years I was employed there, aside from when the minimum wage was raised by the government.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was the best team ever. we ran the store when the manager was out and always knew how to have fun while maintaining the store's needs. it was an effective team that knew how to use their time wisely.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity in the products they sell and the people they hire.
the most positive thing is my co workers and how we implemented the core values towards each employee. whenever our manager or DM were not on site, it was the most positive environment
You can be who you are, ideas are creativity are encouraged and the executive leadership teams are friendly and down to earth making for an open and inclusive environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire the CEO and all of those old guys who dont care to change anything , It could be so good but company officers are very greedy people
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They lie about compensation pay and benefits

Feeling like I'm contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management should be chosen effectively. all the way up to president. there should be daily check ins and truth behind how every higher representative implements the core values that are taught from the beginning of employment.
