Mr. Greg Pauline served as Managing Director of Genesee & Wyoming Australia Pty Ltd at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. since March 11, 2013 until December 26, 2016. Mr. Pauline served as an Executive Director of Development at Bilfinger Berger Services (Australasia) Pty Limited. He served as Project Director of Reliance Rail Pty Ltd. He served as an Executive Director Power Services at Bilfinger Berger Services (Australasia) Pty Limited. He focused on expanding Bilfinger Berger Services' core competency, the provision of power services, by leveraging its existing client relationships and outstanding track record for the successful delivery of major power and telecommunications infrastructure. He served as Director of Civil and Mining for India at Leighton Offshore Sdn Bhd (Leighton International Limited). Mr. Pauline has worked in senior roles with three major Australian corporations: 11 years at Transfield , seven years at Downer EDI Limited (ASX: DOW) and a combined seven years with Lend Lease Group where he served as Executive Director of Development and Corporate Affairs for its Infrastructure Services business. He served as General Manager of Business Development at Downer EDI Limited. He served as Chief Executive Officer of a joint venture between Leighton International and Thiess Pty Ltd and as Managing Director, Bilfinger Berger India. He has considerable experience in major project development, including public-private partnerships (PPPs) and business management as well as overseas postings in Indonesia, Malaysia and India. He has held a number of senior management roles that have focused on infrastructure, major PPPs and property development in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and more recently, in India. Over his 23 year career, he has worked closely with government agencies, private sector companies, financial institutions and professional agencies during the development of bids for major PPP infrastructure projects. He is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) and the AustaliaAsian Centre of Railway Innovation (ACRI). Mr. Pauline is a graduate of Sydney University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) .
