Mr. David Bertha serves as the Senior Vice President of Spend Management & Support Services at Genesis HealthCare, Inc. Mr. Bertha was responsible for managing Company-wide spend in all non-labor areas, including Capital Expenditures, Ancillary Services, Utilities, Medical Supplies, Food, Office Supplies and Records Storage. Additionally, he managed the Emergency Response System for Genesis HealthCare. He joined Genesis in 1986 and has assumed progressively greater responsibility including direction of new construction, Public Relations and commercial real estate management. He was named Senior Vice President of Genesis HealthCare, LLC in 2003. He serves as a Director at Fresenius Medical Care Burlington, LLC and Fresenius Medical Care Windsor, LLC. Mr. Bertha is a Graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
