I have not had a raise in 2 years, the admin turnover is frequent and I have only seen one employee eval in the years I have worked for them

not allowing click to have the power they have in running the center- if your not part of the click- you are an outsider and deemed an issue that needs resolved
We need staff that will show up. We need bonuses for shifts picked up. We need extra money when having to do splits between two units
Enough staffing , real professional people . Not play favorites with patients . I personally wont put my worse enemy in that facility .

Stop paying inspectors off so place wont be full of needed repairs not happening . Stop putting bio hazard materials in regular garbage . Constant turn over year after year.
