ADMINSTOR , HR , ADON are unfair . Workers try to really help patients but always short staffed and over worked. I would NOT put my loved one in their care . While workers on floor running room to room . Nurse managers stay in conference room pretend to be working .

Actually interview the person and not feed person full false info
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Enough staffing , real professional people . Not play favorites with patients . I personally wont put my worse enemy in that facility .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop paying inspectors off so place wont be full of needed repairs not happening . Stop putting bio hazard materials in regular garbage . Constant turn over year after year.
