be held accountable for their roles & duties within those roles- communication - working as a team vereses against one another
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, availabily to help when needed and not by offering job aides, demonstrating support and providing it , less time in meetings
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
not allowing click to have the power they have in running the center- if your not part of the click- you are an outsider and deemed an issue that needs resolved
