What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have a lot of the benefits, but I do like the company match and the other incentives that they offer
Ample paid time off, and bonus days
it was reasonable with my degree and work
The retirement package is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could get better pay and benefits
Getting the insurance company to pay is challenging - using the company insurance is nothing but a headache, try to avoid if possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As being a supervisor, I know I can count on each one of my field case managers to get their work in at a timely manner
Available for back up, excellent resources, and they share their information.

have managers show more appreciation to their employees and communicate
What did you like most about the interview process?
I think that it was a fair interview process

Interactive and focused yet had some personal qualities that made me feel at ease.

Autonomy. Working from home is very nice.
