It is what it is. I am working. Not challenged enough to make any impact. If I am, I am not told that I am. I feel very over qualified for what the position I am currently at.

the interviewer was more personable. Meaning not as uptight with the conversation.

that I have a job that fit my needs. I would like a position that meets more of my qualifications, like work and education experiences.
