Mostly an increase in wages.

I like the people I work with and it is very close to where I live.

Seeing others always makes me happy. I have a lot of friends that I work with.

The person that interviewed me was very kind and knowledgeable about the work I would be doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work very well together and have become great friends. Just about all of them are kind to others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fast paced and everyone is kept busy. There is always something to do. Just about everyone is kind and respectful to one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We as employees need to be heard when we have complaints. We more importantly need better health insurance benefits where the premiums are not so expensive.
