What do you like best about the leadership team?
Current request for help go unheard and no solution to increase in work.
They are kind to the staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and ,knowledge about all positions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We as employees need to be heard when we have complaints. We more importantly need better health insurance benefits where the premiums are not so expensive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My local team was hard working, caring, and professional.
Most of us work very well together and have become great friends. Just about all of them are kind to others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fast paced and everyone is kept busy. There is always something to do. Just about everyone is kind and respectful to one another.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people that are often overlooked or dismissed by society. Getting to know my patients.
Seeing others always makes me happy. I have a lot of friends that I work with.
