Mr. G. Bradley Cole, also known as Brad, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Genomic Health Inc. since January 2009 and as its Secretary since April 22, 2014. Mr. Cole has been the Chief Financial Officer of Genomic Health Inc. since June 13, 2014. He served as Secretary of Genomic Health Inc. since February 2005 until July 26, 2012. He served as the Executive Vice President since July 2004 until 2008 and Chief Financial Officer from July 2004 to January 3, 2011 at Genomic Health Inc. and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 3, 2011. He served as Executive Vice President of Operations from Genomic Health Inc. from January 2008 until January 2009. Mr. Cole has over 20 years of experience in life sciences. From December 1997 to May 2004, he served in various positions at Guidant Corporation and served as Vice President of Finance and Business Development of the Endovascular Solutions Group from January 2001 to May 2004 and as Vice President and General Manager of the Vascular Surgery Business Unit from December 1998 to December 2000 and as Vice President, Finance and IT Systems of the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery Group from December 1997 to November 1998. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Endovascular Technologies. From July 1994 to December 1997, Mr. Cole served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Endovascular Technologies, Inc., a medical device company that was acquired by Guidant Corporation. From December 1998 to December 2000 and as Vice President, Finance and IT Systems of the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery Group from December 1997 to November 1998. From December 1988 to February 1994, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Biosystems Incorporated, a life sciences systems company. Mr. Cole holds a B.S. in Business from Biola University and an M.B.A. from San Jose State University. From December 1988 to February 1994, he served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Biosystems Incorporated, a life sciences systems company.
