You can't talk to anyone about anything, even personal life stuff. Rumors will go around and even if you're not caught up in it, someone will drag you through the mud. HR will not believe you and you will not collect unemployment because somehow you "broke the policy" and "retaliated".

They work together. As long as their not spreading rumors, apparently.

It was quick. Easy to get in... the first time... until you're blacklisted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They except everyone, no matter where they come from.. at least to your face.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the workers. Don't fire them because 1 person said something. Ask around, 5 others will tell you that 1 person may be lying. Some leadership really needs to be watched more carefully.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fully listening and trying to understand. Don't take 1 person's word over 5. Before trying to fire someone, think about transferring them to another department, especially if it's for something petty. Fire the people that have actual sex assault on their record instead.
