Leadership needs to listen to the people who work with the machinery everyday. The engineers seem to be getting faulty information. When they put "fixes" into place it usually just makes matters worse and doesn't really fix the root issues.

Fully listening and trying to understand. Don't take 1 person's word over 5. Before trying to fire someone, think about transferring them to another department, especially if it's for something petty. Fire the people that have actual sex assault on their record instead.
A lot. But one small thing they could do is replace our new managers with the ones they decided to fire, and prevent managers from giving TMS positions to unqualified employees who know no one or have a basic understanding of how lines operate. Also, poor judgment has kept qualified workers out.
