Mr. Darren A. Schumacher, Ph.D. has been President of Gentherm Technologies Business Unit at Gentherm Incorporated since July 2016. Mr. Schumacher served as Vice President of Product Development at Gentherm Incorporated since November 18, 2013. Mr. Schumacher worked in product development and engineering for Bosch, Where he also served as a Business Segment Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Schumacher joined SPX Corporation in 2009 and held the position of Vice President of Product Development until 2012. Prior to SPX, he worked at Eaton Corporation from 2001 to 2009 where he had a series of promotional roles including Director of Product Engineering, Manager of Division Engineering and Manager of Engineering and Program Management. Before joining Eaton, he worked at Motorola, Inc. from 1994 to 2000. He has an MBA from Regis University. Mr. Schumacher graduated with a Ph.D., MSE and BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
