Mr. Robert Paul Vrolyk has been Chief Actuary of Genworth Financial Inc. since February 26, 2009 and also serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Vrolyk served as Chief Actuary and Senior Vice President of Genworth Life and Annuity Insurance, Genworth Life Insurance company, Genworth Life Insurance company of New York and Jamestown Life Insurance Company till 2016. He joined Genworth from Sun Life Financial U.S., where since 2003 he served as vice president of Sun Life's Private Client Group. He began his career at Sun Life's U.S. offices in 1985, serving in a variety of capacities there including financial actuary and Vice President and Chief Actuary. He served as Vice President of Finance at Delaware Life Insurance Company. He served as Director of Rivermont Life Insurance company, River Lake Insurance Company and River Lake Insurance Company II from 2014 to 2016. He studied Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Executive MBA at Harvard University in 1994. He studied Bachelor's Degree, B.Sc. with Mathematics & Computer Science, With Great Distinction at McGill University from 1970 to 1975.
