Scott J. McKay — Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President at Genworth Financial

Mr. Scott J. McKay serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Operations & Quality of Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance Pty Ltd. Mr. McKay has been Executive Vice President at Genworth Financial Inc. since January 2015 and has been its Chief Strategy Officer since January 2016. He served as Chief Information Officer at Genworth Financial Inc. since August 2004. He has been the Senior Vice President of Operations & Quality of GE Financial Assurance Holdings Inc. (GEFAHI), a subsidiary of GEI Inc. since December 2002. He serves as a Member of Executive Board at BITS Financial Services Roundtable. Mr. McKay served as a Senior Vice President of Operations & Quality at Genworth Financial Inc. since August 2004 until December 2008. He served as the Senior Vice President of Genworth Financial Inc. since January, 2009 and its Chief Information Officer since August, 2004. From July 1993 to December 2002, Mr. McKay served in various information technology related positions at GEFAHI's subsidiaries, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer of Federal Home Life Assurance Company. Prior thereto, he served as an Officer and Director of Applications of United Pacific Life Insurance Company from July 1992 to July 1993 and also served as an IT Consultant of Sycomm Systems and Data Executives Inc. from January 1985 to July 1992. Mr. McKay received a B.S. in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1983.
