What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is friendly with a family type atmoshere.
They're engaged and supportive. You don't work here long without knowing who the executives are, and there are opportunities for networking all the time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A friendly culture that is accepting of people feom all backgrounds.
Lots of learning and training opportunities, lots of mentorship, and high levels of affinity. There are several employee resource groups and activities at the corporate office.

To communicate about where we go, but there is always a risk about forget it. Teamwork.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The decline has been for the last two years. Management
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a chance to meet more than just one person.
The managers were personable and didn't make the process too stressful. It was more like casual conversation.
Theres not enough raises given
It basically a favoritism game.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be upfront and honest about work life balance, or lack thereof. Recruiting team often makes erroneous statements about what the work schedule/shift you are interviewing for.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaging with my teammates and sharing ideas to improve our envionment.
Participating in company culture! The culture is strong and positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Senior leadership is unwilling to adapt and often finds itself working against the customer, rather than with the customer.
