Comp is low, red tape is high, personal vendettas rule the day, and we are absolutely foolish about our standing in the market

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Don't bait and switch compensation offers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Non-traditional titles make for excuses to pay inadequately compared to the market.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We haven't cared about our customers for years. literally the end user of our product hasn't been the "customer" until 2021

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Solving problems and removing roadblocks. Stop thinking everything is fine, and act as if the glaringly obvious gaps and holes aren't glaringly obvious.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

voluntary accountability. If you screw up, call it out, and fix it. If you're the CEO making millions, don't get on town halls and tell people that if they want to get paid fairly, they're at the wrong place
