Transparency, centralized control, processes implementation, fair practices
Solving problems and removing roadblocks. Stop thinking everything is fine, and act as if the glaringly obvious gaps and holes aren't glaringly obvious.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is enough to develop my career

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low raises, no recognition, no equity
a higher comp to sustain the cost of living
No path for growth and pay is below Average. The CEO regularly notes that people who come to Geotab dont do it for a paycheck, which is really great to hear from a wealthy man.
Interns do not receive any of the benefits given to full-time employees.
Similar roles in other companies offer yearly bonuses and stock options. For what is expected and the amount of dedication required, the pay is low

We have individual contributors who are able to work as a team

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are given the freedom to make choices to better serve our customers, team get togethers are promoted and we are allowed to adjust our work hours if family things are needed.
It offered remote setting to candidate
The communication is excellent, the support is wonderful, the drive to do better everyday is inspiring.

Very good culture pre covid, post covid not so much
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
voluntary accountability. If you screw up, call it out, and fix it. If you're the CEO making millions, don't get on town halls and tell people that if they want to get paid fairly, they're at the wrong place

culture and environment, my boss is amazing and so kind, everyone works collaboratively and effectively. Amazing work environment.

The company has strong products. The engineering is very strong and makes the company a leader in the space.
Opportunity to work on complex & high impact features
Everything about the company is inspiring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We haven't cared about our customers for years. literally the end user of our product hasn't been the "customer" until 2021
