Definitely under valued. Median pay for my position is nearly 1.5 times my pay rate now
Just a number to the company. Pay and renumeration is awful.

Seeing my team working as instructed by me and achieving build plans for customers.

No communication between leadership. No quality boundaries being followed for departments
