I'm challenged as a person and within my field, which is the greatest positive for me. It can get bureaucratic at times, but the company has been trending towards limiting that.

My team-members are willing to get down into the weeds to get things done.

I'm learning how to think in a way that helps me focus on the important projects and cut the fat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not so much that my compensation is low; it's more that I think my value to the company is larger than the salary I'm being paid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We've got a new CEO, who is very open-minded to leveraging data, and is working across all teams to do just that. This is a very positive thing for me.
