What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership and working enviornment
We've got a new CEO, who is very open-minded to leveraging data, and is working across all teams to do just that. This is a very positive thing for me.
They are very open communicators
Making an effort to communicate transparently more than in previous years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They lost most of their good directors. Senior leaders seem to know there's a problem but don't do anything about it

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits and they pay for health insurance so nothing taken from your paycheck for single user plans.
Good pay and great benefits - unlimited vacation time as long as approved by manager and within reason
Fair and equitable. In line with others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not so much that my compensation is low; it's more that I think my value to the company is larger than the salary I'm being paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone very smart and friendly!
My team-members are willing to get down into the weeds to get things done.
Everyone is smart and not a lot of ego
Genuinely interested in solving problems creatively and thoughtfully.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No politics or micromanaging here! You get treated like an adult here.
I'm learning how to think in a way that helps me focus on the important projects and cut the fat.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You have to meet with at least 3 different Managers but everyone was friendly and smart!
Analysis had to be done on true data.
I've been there for 20 years and started as a contractor so I never had a traditional interview experience there

I'm challenged each day, with minimal amount of busy-work.
Flexibility in schedule, interesting work

Lack of transparency - and avoidance of tough discussions and endless platitudes instead of concrete facts
