Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My am unvalued as a human being and a employee. We are treated as though we are under qualified and couldn't possibly get another job. Hr sides with other managers and will not hear employees out. The treatment is dispicable. Everytime I try to voice my opinion and concerns I am cut off, out down
