How employees describe working at Gibson Guitar Corporation
I've owned many guitars and still do. Gibson is by far number one in quality. They can be expensive, but typically you get what you pay for. I've been using their products for over 30 years.
Awesome being able to go to work everyday and not tread it getting paid to do for what I love
The passion that goes behind each of their products and the fact that they are handmade.
Management treats employees very poorly. They are extremely condescending. Favoritism is abundant. Tried to right a formal complaint to my HR but was turned away, instead they pulled me into a meeting with the management I was complaining about and they harassed and condescended me.
