Management treats employees very poorly. They are extremely condescending. Favoritism is abundant. Tried to right a formal complaint to my HR but was turned away, instead they pulled me into a meeting with the management I was complaining about and they harassed and condescended me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, our opinions and concerns go unheard. We are viewed as sub par and treated as replaceable. No respect is giving to employees that don't directly kiss the boots of management. Opinions are ignored. We are treated unfairly. Management lies consistently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My am unvalued as a human being and a employee. We are treated as though we are under qualified and couldn't possibly get another job. Hr sides with other managers and will not hear employees out. The treatment is dispicable. Everytime I try to voice my opinion and concerns I am cut off, out down
