They don't see us as just an employee. They are refreshingly transparent with company direction and news. Unlike other places I have worked at before I believe what they say when they say it.

Fair and equitable in my experience
The package itself is good, could have gotten better benefits like relocation bonus or joining bonus, reimbursement for travel or some sort of accommodation for few days post joining, did not get any such thing
The bonus structure is paid outside of your regular pay. Health benefits are good.

A lot of the prople are great. The bad ones however are very bad.
Everyone is there to help each other. We all know the goal of making Gigamon a great company for customers and it's employees.

The best thing that I liked was that the HR Recruiter actually gave feedback on every interview I did and kept in regular communication through the process. I was really blown away by the input and communication. I have never ever experienced a recruiting process like that anywhere I have worked.
