What do you like best about the leadership team?
The tools they employ. But their lack of industry experience is worrisome
They try to be nice to everyone but the strategy seems scattered.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Experienced leadership that helps employees grow and develop. When problems occur understand the real problem, rather than find someone to blame. Stop overloading everyone with tons of work and then blaming them for failures.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are the best part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My rate was not the market rate based on my credentials.
I am a contract employee
They purposely rate people low then give them peanuts for raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Members who are truly dedicated
They try their best, give 100%
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fewer meetings, and more work.

The people I work with a directly for.
People collaborate to get things done
It seems pretty diverse and inclusive.
