What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are awesome. Not shying away from meeting people and having a normal chat. Saw almost all senior management in town hall meeting. They are really good and interactive.
They provide clear direction to the people. Also, a lots of support to ensure we meet our personal and professional goals.
The leadership team often encourages employees to step out of their comfort zone thus utilise thier full potential

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have salary increase each year, bonus, Health insurance and Hybrid working and many other benefits
Annual bonus, health insurance, free pizza's and perkbox discount etc
Bonuses based on achieving performance and KPIs
Overall satisfied with the package however I believe that study support should be offered to the loyal employee who is with the company for longer time.
