Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The RSU are worthless and there is an expectation to work overtime without any bonus structure decent recognition
Higher compensation, cash bonus, better equity performance
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, fun, competent, low ego
passionate team members that care
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more realistic about their meeting agendas including focus on outcomes versus endless debate. The meetings feel like a waste of time and major burn out happening
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly helpful and high energy
