What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good benefits, perks, and stocks

Stocks, office equipment, Learning and Development support are only some of the benefits you get there. SWAG is also part of the compensation.

The stock options, 401k matching, unlimited PTO (which we're encouraged to take) and medical insurance

The best part of my comp package is that I know GitHub works hard to make sure things are fair, and is constantly iterating to improve

Review from HR Dept

Our totals rewards package is very strong. We pay at or slightly above market and the benefits are amazing.

Review from HR Dept

The benefits are one of the best of any company that I have worked for.

Review from HR Dept

The benefits add up to a lot of money so even if my salary is a bit lower I feel like the benefits offered make up for it.

Review from HR Dept

we lead the market regarding comp and perks

it's competitive

Healthcare and PTO

The mix of cash, equity and benefits. The complete package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm a woman, that's the first problem. I have many famous male pseudonyms in this IT industry. In addition, my work as a programmer in the IT FinTech world has been demonstrably destroyed and manipulated for more than 20 years, my ID & work is stolen without remorse or shame and people even wish me

I feel very valued in my job.
