    •You are eligible to upgrade your phone every two years and expense it. •You are eligible to upgrade your laptop every two years and purchase it from the company only paying the sales tax on the bluebook value of the machine. •Twice a year mini-summits for your teams to plan your upcoming road map. •This is specific to the SF HQ, we have an onsite coffee shop that is open daily from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

    We pay 100% of health care, unlimited PTO, a phone upgrade every other year, computer upgrade every other year with the option to purchase your old computer for the tax on blue book value, four months of paid parental leave.
