    It varies from role to role, but we are striving for a three step process for most roles with a goal of making a hiring decision in 30-60 days.

    They are usually in 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min segments. Some paired exercises can go as long as 2 hours.

    It really depends on the role. Most of them are 30 to 60 minute segments broken into multiple stages.
