it ok. Should be grateful and look at the bright side a little more, but I think this company could be a lot more successful if employees worked harder

If you got in before the Microsoft acquisition, you probably got paid well
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take control of spend and get rid of the fluff. Too many folks coast (rest and vest). Wouldn't say incompetence, but unqualified employees in some roles
