What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Leadership is tone deaf to the concerns of employees. There is a huge deficit of human compassion in leadership; it's about the bottom line. A culture of tech bro idealism without inclusion is perpetuated by leadership.

Leadership is trying to blend what's best about Microsoft culture and GitHub culture together - and those values conflict. You can't operate with a resource-strapped, fail-fast startup mentality while also insisting on data-driven decision making. Reliable metrics take time.

Take control of spend and get rid of the fluff. Too many folks coast (rest and vest). Wouldn't say incompetence, but unqualified employees in some roles
